SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are typically dispatched within 72 hours after confirmation and payment verification. Delivery timelines vary depending on product availability, destination, and courier serviceability.
Estimated delivery dates shown on product pages are indicative and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Open delivery is not available. Customers must first accept and pay for the shipment before opening and inspecting the contents.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues, severe weather, public holidays, regional disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your estimated delivery date has passed, please contact us and we will assist in tracking your shipment.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Eligible products may be returned or replaced within 96 hours of delivery, subject to the return eligibility mentioned on the product page.
Log in to your account, visit "My Orders", select the product, and submit a return or replacement request.
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories must be included.
- The product must pass our quality inspection.
- Return requests must be raised within the specified return period.
Once the returned product reaches our fulfilment centre and passes inspection, the refund will be processed as store credit, gift card, or according to the applicable refund method.
Return transit typically takes 8–10 business days depending on your location.
