Returns & Replacements

At Hellionova.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Eligible products may be returned or replaced according to the return eligibility information provided on each product page.

Return pickup services are available only in locations covered by our logistics partners. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may return the product using a courier service of your choice.

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund processing.

Products marked as "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, our support team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our fulfilment centre.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.
  • Original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Returned items must successfully pass quality inspection.

Once approved, refunds are generally initiated within 24 hours in the form of store credit, gift card, or another eligible refund method as applicable.

Replacement Policy

Approved replacement requests are typically processed within 48 hours after verification and eligibility confirmation.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Log in to your Hellionova account.
  2. Visit the My Account section.
  3. Select the relevant order.
  4. Choose the Return or Replace option.
  5. Submit the required information and wait for confirmation from our support team.

Our support team will assist with the return process and arrange pickup wherever available.

If pickup service is unavailable for your location, the item must be shipped to our warehouse using a reliable courier service.

  • Pack the product securely.
  • Include all original accessories and packaging.
  • Ensure the product remains in unused, resaleable condition.

Return shipments generally take 8–10 business days to reach our fulfilment centre. Once received and approved, your refund or replacement will be processed according to this policy.

Please note that any original shipping charges paid for self-returned orders are non-refundable.

 
q: How to Cancel Your Order

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

To cancel an eligible order:

  1. Log in to your account on Hellionova.com.
  2. Navigate to the My Account section.
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  4. Click the Cancel Order option and submit your request.

Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds for prepaid orders are typically initiated within 24 hours. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, customers may refer to the Return & Replacement Policy, subject to product eligibility.
